GS Engineering & Construction Holds Customer Participation Event for First Anniversary of Xi Rebranding
GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 17th that it held a customer participation event to mark the first anniversary of the rebranding of its residential brand Xi.
On the 15th, GS Engineering & Construction invited around 50 customers, selected by lottery from existing residents, to participate in the "Xian Day" event. During the event, existing customers experienced the premium community content that has changed since the rebranding of Xi. Chaum and Parnas Hotel participated, offering lectures and wine tasting programs centered on health and lifestyle themes.
To celebrate the first anniversary of the rebranding, the company also held a drawing contest titled "The Xi I Drew." This customer participation event encouraged participants to freely express special daily moments and experiences inspired by life in an apartment, under the themes of the future of Xi and unique Xi spaces.
The contest was open to everyone through the Xi brand web magazine "BEYOND A." from October 14 to November 7. The contest was divided into two categories: drawing and artificial intelligence (AI). Approximately 800 works were submitted, and a total of 11 winners-including one grand prize winner-were selected.
Since the rebranding, GS Engineering & Construction has been reborn as a "lifestyle brand" inspired by customers' everyday experiences. Following the rebranding, Xi demonstrated its design competitiveness on the global stage by winning awards at all three of the world's top design competitions this year through innovations in design and landscaping. Through proactive defect prevention activities, the company also achieved zero defect judgments for one consecutive year in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s defect assessment survey, from September last year to August this year. Recently, Xi was ranked first overall in the "2025 Best Apartment Brands" announced by Real Estate R114.
In addition, GS Engineering & Construction has improved residential technology by obtaining the industry's highest Grade 1 performance certification in the LH floor impact sound quality test for its floor structure jointly developed with LX Hausys to reduce inter-floor noise, and by developing "energy-saving lighting" in line with the era of zero-energy buildings.
