SK Innovation Unveils New Energy Knowledge Platform 'ASK inno'
Real-Time Updates on Oil Prices, Exchange Rates, and Electricity Costs
Enhanced Accessibility with AI Summaries and Voice Features
SK Innovation has launched an integrated knowledge platform that goes beyond delivering company-centric news to cover information across the entire energy industry.
On November 17, SK Innovation unveiled its new newsroom, 'ASK inno,' which easily communicates energy-related knowledge and the latest trends. This revamp aligns with the company's identity as a 'comprehensive energy solution provider,' declared earlier this year. The key feature is the expansion from company news to serving as an information hub for the entire industry.
ASK inno includes a dashboard that provides real-time updates on major energy indicators such as international oil prices, the won-dollar exchange rate, and natural gas and electricity prices. This is intended to help users quickly access the information they need amid increasing volatility in the energy market.
The content offering has also become more diverse. While the previous newsroom mainly focused on business updates and internal activities, ASK inno places greater emphasis on explanatory content, including in-depth coverage of the latest issues in the energy sector, trend analyses, and expert columns.
The application of AI technology has also been expanded. A new feature automatically summarizes text content so users can quickly grasp key points, and a voice conversion function has been added, allowing articles to be listened to on the go.
According to SK Innovation, the company aims to strengthen its role as a public information channel that explains trends and key issues in the energy industry through the new platform.
