Physical Fitness Assessments and Personalized Exercise Consultations
Fostering a Healthier Workplace
A program aimed at cultivating the strongest employees in terms of physical fitness is drawing attention as part of efforts to create a healthier workplace.
LetsRun Park Busan-Gyeongnam (headed by Eom Youngseok) conducted physical fitness assessments for its employees on November 13, in cooperation with the Saha-gu Physical Fitness Certification Center, to help staff manage their fitness and foster a healthy work environment.
This event was held through the “National Fitness 100” program, a nationwide fitness and health management service run by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation. National Fitness 100 is a sports welfare project that scientifically measures and evaluates physical fitness and provides customized exercise prescriptions.
