On this day, Vice Mayor Jang visited Pohang Idong High School and expressed his support, saying, "I hope that the students who have prepared for a long time will remain calm and composed during the exam, demonstrate their abilities to the fullest, and achieve great results."

He also expressed his gratitude to the volunteers who assisted with traffic guidance from the early cold morning while cheering for the students in front of the test sites, as well as to the parents who supported the examinees.

Pohang City directly inspected traffic control, noise prevention, and safety management around the test sites, and strengthened on-site support to ensure that examinees could concentrate on the test in a safe and comfortable environment.

This year, a total of 4,502 examinees took the College Scholastic Ability Test at 12 sites in Pohang, an increase of 172 students compared to last year.

The city operated emergency response systems for traffic and weather, and simultaneously conducted inspections of environments harmful to youth, focusing its administrative efforts on preventing confusion on the day of the exam.
