Hongcheon County, Gangwon Province, announced that on November 13, the day of the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), County Governor Shin Youngjae visited Hongcheon Girls' High School and Hongcheon High School, the local CSAT exam sites, one after the other to offer warm encouragement and support to the test takers.
