KB Kookmin Card announced on November 12 that it had dominated the credit and check card categories in the 2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey.

View original imageThe company achieved first place in the credit card category for the fifth consecutive year and in the check card category for the second consecutive year.
KB Kookmin Card explained that it has provided differentiated product competitiveness and premium services to credit card customers, while offering convenient and practical benefits to check card customers.
This year, KB Kookmin Card ranked first in all three major customer surveys on check cards conducted by the Korea Productivity Center, the Korean Standards Association, and the Korea Management Association Consulting.
The NCSI survey is a representative customer satisfaction index jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States.
The credit and check card service sector is evaluated by customers who have been issued cards in their own name and have actual usage experience.
KB Kookmin Card has established a management system based on VOC (Voice of Customer), including the 'Rapid Complaint Handling System' for promptly addressing customer feedback and the customer panel 'The Easy Talker.'
The company stated that this customer-centric culture has spread throughout the organization, enabling all executives and employees to cultivate a strong spirit of service.
