Three Major Department Stores Launch Winter Sale...Up to 60% Off Starting November 14
Offering Winter Apparel Discounts in Response to Colder Weather

Lotte Department Store will offer discounts of up to 50% on approximately 460 brands at all locations from November 14 to 30.
With sub-zero temperatures driving a surge in demand for winter products, the store has prepared extensive discounts across all categories, including fashion, sports, and living. Fashion brands such as Sandro, Maje, and Zadig & Voltaire will offer up to 30% off on new fall and winter products in response to the early cold snap. Sports and athleisure brands like Nike, Vans, and Fj?llr?ven will present functional winter apparel and gear at discounts of up to 40%. In addition, popular kids’ brands such as Konges Sløjd, Tiffany, and BeneBene will offer up to 30% off on winter items for infants and children, including down jackets and lightweight padding.
From November 13 to 16, the department store will host the ‘Fashion Fair,’ the largest fashion benefit event of the second half of the year. Major fashion groups such as Handsome, Samsung C&T, Shinsegae International, and Daehyun will offer limited-time promotions, including up to 15% discounts or reward points, plus an additional gift certificate worth about 10%. For example, Handsome will hold the ‘Handsome Double Mileage’ event, where customers can earn Handsome Mileage equivalent to 10% of their purchase amount-double the usual rate-and receive an extra gift certificate worth 10% of their purchase.
This year’s Fashion Fair will feature global brands such as Arc'teryx and Salomon for the first time, allowing customers to enjoy the largest-ever selection of brands with a variety of benefits.
Premium outerwear brands Canada Goose, Duvetica, and Parajumpers, as well as fur brands Sabbatier and Giovanni, will offer a 10% Lotte gift certificate for purchases of 1 million, 3 million, or 5 million won or more from November 21 to 23. The same benefit will be available at popular high-end brands such as Maison Margiela, Marni, Bally, and Etro.
To celebrate the final sale of the year, the department store has also prepared generous shopping benefits, including gift certificates and discount coupons. During the first weekend of the sale, from November 14 to 16, customers will receive a Lotte gift certificate worth 7% of their purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the product category and purchase amount.
Shinsegae Department Store: Up to 60% Off with 300 Brands Participating
Shinsegae Department Store will hold a discount event at 13 locations nationwide from November 14 to 30. From November 14 to 19, the early stage of the regular sale, the ‘Season Off & Sale’ event will take place.
More than 300 brands will participate in this Season Off & Sale event, offering discounts of up to 60%. This year, Shinsegae Department Store will highlight exclusive products and provide abundant benefits.
The early part of the sale will focus on a shoe collection. Starting November 14, five brands-Daks Shoes, Misofe, Barbara Shoes, SODA, and Tandy-will exclusively unveil the ‘Winter Shoes Collection’ in collaboration with Shinsegae. These brands will offer discounts of 30-40% to enhance customer satisfaction.
Numerous overseas contemporary brands popular among younger customers have also joined this event. Starting November 13, Jill Stuart, Maje, Sandro, Vanessa Bruno, and Le Mont Saint Michel (from the 14th) will begin their season-off sales, offering popular products at discounts of up to 20-30%.
Among sports brands, Xexymix will offer up to 60% off, along with additional discounts based on purchase amount. Until the end of November, Andar, Skechers, and Mizuno will also attract customers with discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. Street fashion brands such as Brownbreath, Covernat, and Who.A.U will also join the regular sale with prices lowered by 10-30%.
Additionally, men’s fashion brands like Daks and Maestro will participate with discounts of 10-40%, while jewelry and watch brands such as Diamy and Mikko (10-50%), as well as accessories like Daks scarves (10-20%), will also run discount promotions to attract customers with affordable prices.
Various in-store events will be held at each location during the regular sale period.
At the Sunken Event Hall on the basement level 1 of the Gangnam branch, a large-scale fur relay event will be held. From November 11, a special event for Yoonjin Fur will take place, and from November 21, a special for Dongwoo Fur will be available. Blackglama mink and sable jackets will be offered at exclusive prices or discounts of up to 80%.
Hyundai Department Store: Up to 50% Off on Over 200 Brands
Hyundai Department Store will hold its winter season sale, ‘The Sale,’ from November 14 to 30 at department stores nationwide, including the Apgujeong Main Store and The Hyundai Seoul. More than 200 brands in fashion, living, and sports will offer products at discounts of up to 50%.
This sale will feature an increase of up to 20% in the supply of outerwear such as padding and coats compared to last year, by brand. Each store will also host large-scale discount events. At the Trade Center branch, from November 14 to 16, the basement level 1 event hall will host the ‘Cashmere Festival’ with 14 brands participating, offering gloves, scarves, coats, and other cashmere apparel at discounts of up to 50%. At the Pangyo branch, from November 21 to 23, the first-floor event hall will feature the ‘Daehyun Family Sale’ with three women’s fashion brands-Juc, Duel, and Crocodile-offering women’s fall and winter (FW) apparel at discounts of up to 50%.
To attract customers seeking indoor spaces during the cold winter, the department store will also offer a variety of unique events, such as pop-up stores. Notably, The Hyundai Seoul will host the Zootopia 2 pop-up store on the fifth floor at Epic Seoul from November 14 to December 3. The event will recreate scenes from the upcoming Disney film Zootopia 2, scheduled to be released on November 26, and operate an official merchandise shop.

At the Trade Center branch, until November 30, the fifth floor will feature the ‘Wearingeul’ pop-up store, offering writing and reading accessories such as bookmarks, paperweights, and wooden pen holders at discounts of up to 15% off the original price. A tryout area will also be available in the store, where customers can test a variety of Wearingeul inks and pens.
