Eum Eunjeong, Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office, stated on the 10th regarding the prosecution's decision to forgo an appeal in the Daejang-dong case, "If anyone at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, including the chief prosecutor, believed that an appeal was necessary, they should have been prepared to file a lawsuit to overturn any disciplinary action and simply signed and submitted the notice of appeal."
