During the morning commute, Guri City Hall employees participated in a promotional activity under the slogan: "No to sexual misconduct! No to bribery! No to drunk driving! Yes to a clean public service!"
Sexual crimes such as harassment or assault that exploit positions of power, the acceptance of money or entertainment regardless of job relevance, and drunk driving are serious offenses that damage the dignity of public officials and undermine citizens' trust. Guri City has been continuously strengthening its disciplinary standards for such acts.
With this campaign as a turning point, the city plans to establish a zero-tolerance response system, applying the highest level of disciplinary action-such as dismissal or removal from office-for the three major types of misconduct. Guri City will also intensify efforts to foster a clean and trustworthy public service culture.
