This event, jointly organized by the Edutech Soft Lab Project Group and KACTL, was held under the title "Edutech Demonstration and Sharing: The Field of University Educational Innovation" as part of the "2025 Higher Education Edutech Soft Lab Establishment and Operation Project." It provided an opportunity to share the results of AI courseware demonstration studies and cases of teaching and learning innovation conducted by Hallym University, the operating university, and several other participating universities.


The event was attended by 126 participants, including faculty and staff from teaching and learning support centers at 70 universities in Korea. Under the theme "The New Path of Higher Education in the AI Era," the program included: a keynote speech by Ko Youngwoong, Head of the Edutech Soft Lab Project Group at Hallym University; a case study on curriculum convergence using edutech from two universities (Professor Min Kyungjin of Hansung University); a case of future education innovation and AI-based personalized education operation (Professor Jeon Yeoreo of Baekseok Culture University); a case of AI-based curriculum and extracurricular program integration (Professor Lee Haedeum of Daejeon University); a demonstration of U-MATE: AI Academic Counseling and Glocal Innovation (Team Leader Yoon Cheolmin of University of Ulsan); and a comprehensive discussion on "Strategies for the Convergence of Teaching and Learning Innovation and Edutech."


In her welcoming remarks, Lee Jaekyung, Dean of the Center for Educational Innovation at Sookmyung Women's University, stated, "Innovation in teaching and learning in the era of digital transformation is no longer a choice but a necessity, and it is very meaningful for universities to share their experiences with edutech demonstration."



Ko Youngwoong, Head of the Edutech Soft Lab Project Group at Hallym University, said, "Through this seminar, I hope that practical cases of AI courseware-based teaching and learning models will be widely disseminated, and we will establish an ecosystem that continuously improves the quality of education through inter-university cooperation."
