Foriderm Officially Launches "Vridge," an Integrated Platform for Global Talent Recruitment and Settlement
Foriderm Co., Ltd., which operates the foreign employment and settlement platform "Vijob," has officially launched "Vridge," an integrated platform for the global recruitment and settlement of talent.
Vridge connects domestic companies and overseas partners (such as agencies and administrative offices) within a single system, allowing users to monitor and record the entire process at a glance-from recruitment requests and candidate recommendations to interviews, visa issuance, immigration procedures, and post-arrival management. By consolidating previously fragmented procedures into one streamlined workflow, the service clarifies progress and accountability, focusing on reducing unnecessary costs and time.
The platform manages users by distinguishing their roles and permissions, and automatically updates the status at every stage of the recruitment process. It also offers the option to make job postings visible to all partners or to selectively disclose them first to trusted partners, thereby reducing redundant competition and facilitating efficient talent matching. All inquiries, follow-ups, and decision-making histories are recorded through interactive messaging and internal documentation features.
Foriderm is collaborating with local universities and study abroad agencies in countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and Bangladesh to establish a transparent system and ecosystem, ensuring that industrial workers seeking employment in Korea are protected from illegal brokers. Through these efforts, overseas talent can be connected to Korean companies via legitimate and transparent procedures. In sectors experiencing severe labor shortages, such as welfare and healthcare, the company is building a pipeline from caregiver training to domestic settlement, offering practical solutions.
Foriderm is aiming for an initial market share of 10 percent. A company representative stated, "Vridge has integrated the complex process of bringing in overseas talent into a single data-driven workflow, creating a collaboration ecosystem centered on trusted partners. We will continue to enhance the platform so that domestic companies and international talent can connect more quickly and transparently."
Meanwhile, Foriderm plans to expand Vridge in the first half of next year to manage not only industrial personnel but also a wide range of university partners and international students across the country, integrating the system to ensure transparency in the student recruitment process as well.
