Daejin University (President Jang Seokhwan) announced on the 6th that the Career Plus Center held the "2025 Employment Practitioner Capacity Building Workshop" for two days and one night from the 3rd to the 4th at Incheon The Week & Resort, focusing on discussing strategies for organic cooperation among the Ministry of Employment and Labor's core projects.

View original imageThis workshop brought together practitioners from the Career Plus Center, graduate-focused programs, and customized employment services for current students, with an emphasis on maximizing the synergy of youth employment support services through collaboration and solidarity between projects.
On the first day of the workshop, an external expert lecturer provided capacity-building training under the theme "2025 Recruitment Trends and Changes in the Job Market." Participants also shared the year's achievements of the Career Plus Center and customized employment services for current students, and developed strategies to successfully conclude the 2025 projects.
On the second day, participants discussed support measures for global youth advancement by sharing the operational results of the overseas employment training project (K-MOVE School) and holding an information session. They also reviewed improvements to this year's new graduate-focused program and developed concrete plans to promote employment for graduates and local youth.
