Incross Announces Q3 2025 Results: "Sales at 13 Billion Won"
Incross, a digital advertising specialist and affiliate of SK Square, announced on November 4 that its consolidated sales for the third quarter of this year amounted to 13.012 billion won, marking a 1.9% decrease compared to the same period last year.
Despite the market slowdown, the company maintained a level similar to the second quarter of this year, which had shown significant year-on-year growth, thereby stably defending its performance. Operating profit was 3.647 billion won, down 32.0%.
In the advertising business segment, gross billings reached 140.942 billion won, a 1.2% decrease year-on-year. Robust advertising spending continued in the public, telecommunications, cosmetics, and medical/health sectors. However, this was offset by adjusted advertising expenditures in the gaming and transportation sectors. Incross is strengthening its campaign management system to simultaneously enhance performance and efficiency by expanding direct management of new advertisers and launching integrated advertising services in collaboration with its subsidiary Mindnock.
In the commerce business, despite the temporary suspension of customized T-Deal text message campaigns continuing through the third quarter, the company maximized performance in click reward ad products and the operation of Hyundai Shop and Homnic, achieving a transaction volume of 46.554 billion won. This represents an 18.3% increase compared to the same period last year. The company aims to maintain this transaction growth in the fourth quarter by further strengthening its customer-tailored commerce business, which combines advertising, content, and data.
The AI-based content marketing platform 'Stellize' is currently seeing steady new campaigns, and the number of proposals has surged in the second half of the year, indicating strong growth potential.
Incross is accelerating its efforts to secure creator and campaign success stories, while also enhancing and upgrading platform features for greater sophistication. In the third quarter, the company introduced the 'Portfolio Assistant' feature, which supports AI-based branded content planning within the platform, enabling advertisers to quickly establish concepts and review execution plans.
