Man in His 60s Referred to Prosecution for Weapon Rampage at Gangbuk Restaurant
A man in his 60s who wielded a weapon at a restaurant in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, resulting in one death, has been handed over to the prosecution.
On November 3, the Gangbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that Mr. A had been arrested and referred to the prosecution on charges of murder and attempted murder on October 31. Mr. A is accused of stabbing the restaurant owner and his wife with a weapon at a restaurant in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, at 2 p.m. on October 26.
