Meanwhile, the relocation of the Yangju City Agricultural Technology Center is being carried out in response to the incorporation of the existing center's site into the Gwangseok Residential Development District. The new facility will consist of two buildings with a total area of 5,558 square meters, located at 682 Doha-ri, Eunhyeon-myeon, Yangju City, with a total project cost of 28.9 billion won and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
