Daejeon Fire Headquarters to Hold "Children's Fire Safety Poster Contest"
Open to Daejeon Elementary School Students
Submit Entries to Local Fire Stations by November 28
The Daejeon Fire Headquarters (Chief Kim Munyong) will hold the "2025 Children's Fire Safety Poster Contest" from November 3 to 28, aiming to "Learn Fire Prevention Through Drawing."
This annual contest is organized in celebration of the 78th Fire Prevention Emphasis Month, with the goal of raising children's awareness of safety and highlighting the importance of fire prevention.
The contest is open to all elementary school students in the Daejeon area, who are invited to freely create posters on the theme of "The Necessity of Fire Prevention and the Importance of Safety."
Entries must be submitted by mail or in person to the fire station responsible for each school by November 28. Thirty outstanding works, selected through preliminary screening at each fire station, will be submitted to the final judging at the Daejeon Fire Headquarters.
