Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, visited Korea for the first time in five years and formed an "AI Kanbu" alliance with Lee Jae-yong, Chairman of Samsung Electronics, and Chung Eui-sun, Chairman of Hyundai Motor Company, by sharing a "soju-beer love shot" at a chicken restaurant near Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The three strengthened their friendship by drinking "bomb shots" made by citizens at the restaurant. Around 7:20 p.m. on the 30th, hundreds of people gathered in front of "Kanbu Chicken" in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for what was dubbed the "Kanbu meeting of the century."

Before entering, CEO Huang told reporters, "Nvidia and Korea have a lot of announcements to make, and there are great partners here," adding, "Tomorrow, we will reveal exciting news and various projects we are working on together." Once inside, their table was set with cheese balls, cheese sticks, one boneless fried chicken, and one bone-in fried chicken. They also enjoyed Terra beer, nicknamed "Tesla," and Chamisul soju with their meal. At one point, CEO Huang rang the restaurant's "golden bell," declaring, "Dinner is free tonight." Chairman Chung responded, "I'll treat for the second round." However, it was reported that Chairman Lee actually paid the bill. The total cost for all the tables at the restaurant that evening was reportedly about 2.5 million won.

The three even crossed arms to drink together in a "love shot." During the gathering, Chairman Lee remarked, "After living life, I realized happiness isn't anything special. Sharing good food and drinks with good people-that's happiness," as he left the restaurant.
After the Meeting, They Headed to the GeForce Gamer Festival
After about an hour and twenty minutes, the group moved to COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where Nvidia was hosting the "GeForce Gamer Festival."
