"Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First" Contracts Proceed Smoothly Amid Heated Demand
- Contracts to be signed for three days from October 27 (Mon) to 29 (Wed)
- Premium value proven by Line 7 station area location and 1,299-unit branded large-scale complex
Doosan E&C and BS Hanyang will begin official contract signings for “Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First,” their new residential complex supplied in Bugae 4 District, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, starting October 27. With its prime location near Seoul Subway Line 7, the value of a large-scale branded complex with 1,299 units, and the recent benefits of being in a non-regulated area, the project has attracted significant demand. As a result, the contract process is also expected to proceed smoothly.
The official contract signings for Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First will take place at the model house for three days, from Monday, October 27 to Wednesday, October 29.
In particular, attention is being drawn to the fact that the project has avoided the strict real estate regulations recently announced by the government. The latest measures designate all 25 districts of Seoul and 12 areas in Gyeonggi Province as regulated or speculative zones, and further strengthen financial regulations. As Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First is located in a non-regulated area, unit transfers are allowed one year after the announcement of successful applicants, and there are no requirements for mandatory occupancy or stricter loan restrictions.
Strong interest was already demonstrated in the earlier first and second priority subscription rounds. Excluding special supply, 1,013 people applied for 247 units, resulting in an average competition ratio of 4.1 to 1, with all types closing within their respective priority rounds. The highest competition ratio was 12.3 to 1 for the 74㎡A type, followed by 9.3 to 1 for the 74㎡C type and 8.0 to 1 for the 74㎡B type. The 59㎡ type also showed a competition ratio of over 4 to 1 for all layouts, confirming broad popularity.
A representative from the sales team stated, "The convenient transportation of Line 7, the abundant lifestyle infrastructure in Bupyeong and Bucheon, and the excellent product quality befitting a large-scale complex were all directly confirmed by customers at the model house, leading to positive subscription results. As the project is not subject to real estate regulations, it is attracting not only genuine homebuyers but also investors looking for future value. Even amid recent market uncertainties, we will do our utmost to build the best apartments where our customers who participated in the subscription can feel proud to live."
Meanwhile, Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First will be built in Bugae-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, consisting of 13 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 25 floors above ground, totaling 1,299 units.
Residents will be able to walk to Gulpocheon Station on Subway Line 7 and travel directly to key business districts in Seoul, such as Gasan Digital Complex and Gangnam, without transfers. The area is rich in lifestyle infrastructure, including Lotte Mart, Hyundai Department Store, and Bupyeong Market, and several schools such as Bugwang Elementary and Middle Schools and Bugwang Girls' High School are within walking distance. The complex will also feature differentiated special designs, such as partial curtain wall facades, glass balconies, and Samsung C&T’s residential service platform “Homeniq,” to enhance resident satisfaction.
