The training program included sharing best practices in educational administration and school management, enhancing vice principals' leadership skills, and establishing a foundation for mutual cooperation. In particular, the AIDT course featured practical sessions on how to use AI digital textbooks and apply learning support systems.

Participants explored the future direction of education by experiencing innovative cases of digital teaching and learning, such as analyzing learning data using artificial intelligence, designing customized classes for students, and automating learning feedback.

They also visited Gwangyeong Elementary School in Gwangyang to observe real-life applications of AI digital textbooks in the classroom and discussed strategies for educational sites to respond to the era of digital transformation.

Lee Cheolyeong, Superintendent of the Wando Office of Education, stated, "This exchange training has become a platform for both regions to learn and grow together," and added, "We will actively integrate AI and digital technologies into the educational field to enhance the quality of customized education for students."

Meanwhile, the two offices of education plan to use this exchange as an opportunity to establish a sustainable model for educational cooperation.
