'My Child's First Economic Newspaper' Playconomy Times Launches Wadiz Crowdfunding Campaign
Playconomy, a company specializing in the development of economic and financial education content for children, announced on October 27 that it will be launching a Wadiz crowdfunding campaign for its self-developed weekly children's economic newspaper, "Playconomy Times."
Playconomy Times is an economic newspaper that covers basic economic concepts such as supply and demand, as well as global stock markets and the latest issues, all tailored to children's perspectives. It is provided simultaneously in both Korean and English versions.
The newspaper is not just for reading. It is designed to be integrated with an economic class program led by a journalist with 15 years of experience, allowing children to study and experience economic concepts in their daily lives.
Playconomy Times is published every Wednesday, and online classes in both Korean and English are held every Thursday. The English class is taught by Hong Sungjin, an MBN anchor who has worked as a foreign news broadcaster for over 10 years.
This crowdfunding campaign will offer Playconomy Times subscription packages, as well as a special edition available exclusively on Wadiz. The Wadiz special edition includes 15 articles, worksheets, and video lectures, and is provided in book and sticker form, eliminating the inconvenience of printing or cutting and pasting.
The main campaign will run for two weeks starting from November 6, and during the pre-launch period, all participants who set notifications and sign support pledges will receive a trial edition of Playconomy Times.
