View original imageThe seminar, held the previous day at the Yeouido headquarters in Seoul, focused on institutional changes such as the so-called "Yellow Envelope Act" and the "Commercial Act Amendment," which are of greatest interest to corporate managers. Attorney Ahn Sanghyun from HwaWoo Law Firm and attorney Kim Dongwook from Sejong Law Firm each gave lectures on changes to the board of directors' processes following the Commercial Act amendment, as well as the main points of the Yellow Envelope Act and evolving labor-management relations. Following this, the Asset Management Strategy Department of Korea Investment & Securities and the ETF Marketing Department of Korea Investment Trust Management introduced recent financial market trends and retirement pension management strategies, including developments in the stablecoin market and pension account ETF investment trends.
