Seo-gu District in Gwangju will host a health lecture titled "Health A to Z for Prospective Parents" at Deulbul Hall in Seo-gu District Office on October 27, inviting an infertility treatment specialist.

View original imageAccording to Seo-gu District on October 21, this lecture has been organized to provide prospective parents with accurate information and proper knowledge about health management in response to the recent increase in infertility and low birth rates, and to promote a culture of healthy pregnancy and childbirth.
The lecture will be led by Choi Beomchae, Director of Ciel Hospital, and will focus on practical topics such as the causes and prevention of infertility, essential pre-pregnancy health checkups and lifestyle management, and assisted reproductive technologies (artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization).
Additional events will include body composition analysis, depression screening, and promotion of maternal and child health programs by the Seo-gu Public Health Center. Those who register in advance will receive a one-month supply of prenatal health supplements (folic acid).
The program is open to 70 men and women of childbearing age, with participants selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications can be made by visiting or calling the Maternal and Child Health Team at Seo-gu Public Health Center.
