Modusign Provides Electronic Signature Solution for Korea Energy Agency’s Renewable Energy Project

Modusign announced on October 21 that it will provide its "Modusign Public Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Solution" for the verification and on-site inspection procedures of renewable energy facility installations at the Korea Energy Agency.
With the introduction of this solution, the agency will be able to digitize and synchronize on-site inspection results, allowing them to be immediately reflected in the administrative system. This is expected to resolve administrative delays and enhance both efficiency and transparency in operations. Previously, inspectors had to visit multiple sites and then return to the office to enter all inspection results at once. This led to a time lag of up to several days between the actual inspection and the reflection of results in the system, causing delays in administrative procedures and operational inefficiencies.
Now, inspectors can fill out electronic inspection forms on-site using smartphones or tablets, attach site photos, and submit them instantly with electronic signatures. The entered data is linked in real time with the agency’s internal system, enabling immediate review of inspection results and improving work processing speed. An agency representative stated, "By digitizing field-oriented work, we have secured both the reliability and speed of administration," adding, "The electronic work process will play an important role in project quality management and institutional improvement."
