Police and Fire Authorities Investigating the Cause
At 4:18 p.m. on October 18, emergency services were dispatched to a daycare center in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, after teachers showed symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning.
At the time, 15 teachers were cleaning up after an event when they began experiencing symptoms such as dizziness and vomiting, and were transported to nearby hospitals.
Fortunately, it was reported that all of them are in stable condition and their lives are not in danger.
The police and fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the incident, including whether heating equipment was in use.
