LX Holdings to Acquire LG Gwanghwamun Building for 512 Billion Won
LX Holdings will acquire the LG Gwanghwamun Building, located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to secure its new headquarters.
On October 17, LX Holdings announced through a public disclosure that it will acquire tangible assets, including land and buildings located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, from LG Corporation.
The acquisition amount is 512 billion won, which accounts for 26.88% of the company’s total assets. The acquisition reference date and the expected registration date are set for December 31, 2025.
