The average time spent per use is around 6.7 minutes. Users are evenly distributed across age groups from their 20s to their 50s, each accounting for about 20 to 25 percent.
By industry, game services are the most actively partnered category. Mini-apps in content, health, and artificial intelligence (AI) sectors are also expanding.
Appintos also delivered results during its closed beta test (CBT) phase. The number of companies applying to participate is on the rise. When the pilot operation began in July, there were 162 applicants, but this number doubled to 324 last month.
Partners are already achieving results on Appintos. A notable example from the gaming sector is Superjoy's "Yongsadan Kiugi" (Raising Heroes), which reached 800,000 cumulative users just one and a half months after partnering. In traditional app markets, achieving the same result took four years.
Toss plans to transition Appintos from CBT to open beta. Through this transition, the company aims to significantly increase the number of partner companies and provide an environment where more businesses can easily create mini-apps.
