View original imageThe Jeonnam Bioindustry Promotion Agency (Director Yoon Hoyul) announced on the 14th that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Chonnam National University Green Bio Innovation Convergence College Project Group (headed by Sohn Hyungil) on the 13th for the promotion and mutual development of the green bio industry.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly pursue the discovery of green bio industry policies and strengthen cooperation in research and development (R&D), foster professional talent, support the revitalization of venture startups, share infrastructure to accelerate industrialization, and implement regionally specialized programs together.
Yoon Hoyul, Director of the Jeonnam Bioindustry Promotion Agency, stated, "This agreement has laid the foundation for Jeonnam's green bio industry to take a significant leap forward," adding, "We will work closely together to create a sustainable industrial ecosystem and to achieve the practical industrialization of research outcomes."

Sohn Hyungil, head of the Chonnam National University project group, said, "By combining the university's educational and research capabilities with the agency's on-site infrastructure, Jeonnam will establish itself as the center of the green bio industry in South Korea."
