Cambodian Man Arrested for Attacking Coworker with Weapon in Yeoju
On October 14, the Yeoju Police Station announced that they had arrested a man in his 30s, identified as A, a Cambodian national, on charges of attempted murder.
A is accused of attacking a coworker, B, also a Cambodian man in his 30s, with a weapon inside their workplace dormitory in Ganeum-eup, Yeoju, at around 10:50 p.m. the previous day.
It was reported that A went to find B, who was drinking at the time, and committed the crime.
The police responded to a report from another coworker and arrested A at the scene as a flagrant offender.
B received treatment at a nearby hospital and his life is not in danger, according to reports.
