Police Request Third Appearance from Former KCC Chairwoman Lee Jinsook
The police have requested a third appearance for former Korea Communications Commission Chairwoman Lee Jinsook, who was previously arrested and released.
The Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced on October 13 that they have requested her attendance, stating that additional investigation is needed regarding her alleged violations of the Public Official Election Act and the National Public Service Act.
A police official stated, "We plan to conduct additional questioning on matters that were insufficiently addressed in the previous investigation."
The date of Lee Jinsook's appearance will be determined through coordination between both parties.
