Annual Holiday Ramen Donations and Support for Senior Events
On October 1, Sanho-dong in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam Province, announced that Donga Fire Department had donated 100 boxes of ramen (each containing 40 packs), worth approximately 3.2 million won, to be delivered to local neighbors in need for the Chuseok holiday.
Hwang Hyungtae, CEO of Donga Fire Department, stated, "I decided to donate ramen in hopes that it would be of some help to neighbors who may find the holiday season even more difficult," adding, "I want to continue supporting the local community through various sharing activities in the future."
Yoon Hojung, head of Sanho-dong, expressed gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank CEO Hwang Hyungtae for always remembering to share warmth with our neighbors during every holiday. We will make sure to deliver the donor's heartfelt support to families in need."
