"Food Waste Volume Reduced by 90%"... Lock&Lock Launches 3.5L Food Waste Processor
Certified with Q Mark
Partial Reimbursement Available from Some Local Governments
Lock&Lock announced on October 1 that it will launch the 'Zero Waste Food Waste Processor 3.5ℓ'.
This product features a triple ceramic blade that finely grinds food waste, reducing its volume by up to 90%. It rapidly evaporates moisture from food waste at a maximum temperature of 120 degrees Celsius, effectively inhibiting bacterial growth. In addition, a premium activated carbon filter is used to eliminate odors generated during the food waste processing.
With its large 3.5-liter capacity, the processor can handle a significant amount of food waste at once, making it suitable for households of three to four people. It incorporates a three-phase motor technology that minimizes vibration and noise, achieving an ultra-low noise level of below 30 dB, comparable to that of a library.
The processor is equipped with an automatic high-temperature cleaning function that operates at up to 60 degrees Celsius. By simply filling it with water, the inner container is automatically cleaned, reducing the hassle of maintenance. The ceramic-coated inner container, which comes into direct contact with food waste, and the stainless steel cover inside the lid are both detachable, making cleaning easy and allowing use without concerns about contamination or discoloration.
