This event, which began at Changpyeong Temporary Market, will continue at other traditional markets in the county, including Damyang Permanent Market on October 2. To provide tangible benefits to residents, the county will offer a special 15% discount on Damyang Love Gift Certificates until the allocated budget is exhausted. The county expects this initiative to help ease the cost of living for residents and boost sales for small business owners.
On the day of the event, County Governor Jeong Cheolwon personally shopped at Changpyeong Market, encouraged market vendors, and listened to their concerns. He also promoted the use of traditional markets through a campaign highlighting the livelihood recovery consumer coupons and the 15% discount on Damyang Love Gift Certificates.
