Hyundai E&C Launches First-Priority Subscription for "Hillstate Gaya" Today
- Prime location within walking distance to Dongui University Station
Easy access to major transfer stations such as Seomyeon, Sasang, and Bujeon
- Adjacent to Seomyeon, Busan's largest commercial district
Convenient access to shopping and cultural facilities
Hyundai Engineering & Construction is launching the first-priority subscription for "Hillstate Gaya," located in Gayadong, Busanjin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, today.
The complex is situated in Busan, which is a non-regulated area, making the subscription requirements less strict and attracting attention from both end-users and investors. For "Hillstate Gaya," any resident of Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongsangnam-do who is at least 19 years old and has held a subscription savings account for at least six months is eligible for first-priority application, regardless of home ownership or household head status. For first-priority in the relevant area, applicants must have resided in Busan for at least six consecutive months; for other areas, applicants must have lived in Ulsan or Gyeongsangnam-do for at least six months.
Since all units are under 85 square meters in exclusive area, 40% of the units are allocated by point system and 60% by lottery, providing opportunities even for young people and newlyweds with lower subscription scores. As the complex is supplied in a non-regulated area, there are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence periods, and the resale restriction is relatively short at six months from the announcement of winners.
The complex is drawing attention for its prime location near a subway station. It is a super-station area within walking distance to Dongui University Station on Busan Subway Line 2, with easy access to major transfer stations such as Seomyeon Station, Sasang Station, and Bujeon Station. This ensures convenient transportation throughout Busan and even to Seoul. In addition, future value is expected from new residential town development around Gayadaero and the creation of a complex transfer center at Bujeon Station.
Furthermore, the complex is adjacent to Seomyeon, Busan's largest commercial district, allowing residents to easily access shopping and cultural facilities. Large supermarkets such as Lotte Mart, as well as traditional markets like Gaegum Alley Market and Gaya Market, are also conveniently nearby.
Hillstate Gaya, carrying the Hillstate brand name, is also notable for its excellent product features. It offers spacious layouts and practical storage designs, including a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a kitchen pantry, dual-entry shoe cabinets at the entrance, and household storage rooms, reflecting the dreams of many homemakers who desire ample storage space.
In addition, community facilities designed to enhance residents' quality of life will be introduced. There will be a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, H With Pet, GX room, table tennis room, studio, separate reading rooms for men and women, study rooms, a book cafe, and more, providing facilities for health, leisure, and children. This has been positively received as it creates a living environment where the whole family can enjoy life together.
Moreover, Hyundai Engineering & Construction's patented noise reduction technology, the "H Silent Home System," will be applied to the living room, kitchen, and hallways of all units. This floor structure maximizes noise reduction and shock absorption when walking or running, thanks to the use of high-performance composite cushioning materials.
Additionally, the exclusive integrated platform for Hillstate residents, "My HLLS," will be introduced. Since its launch in December last year, My HLLS has established itself as a core service that enhances the quality of life for Hillstate residents, offering a specialized lifestyle platform unique to Hillstate.
My HLLS covers the entire customer journey, from pre-move-in to post-move-in. Through a single smartphone app, residents can check contract information, book pre-inspections and move-in appointments before moving in, and after moving in, request after-sales service, control home appliances via Hi-oT, register visitor vehicles, check maintenance fees, and view announcements.
Meanwhile, Hillstate Gaya will be built in Gayadong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, comprising a total of 487 units across Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 consists of three buildings with 406 units of 84 square meters each, ranging from six basement floors to 36 above-ground floors. Phase 2 consists of one building with 81 units of 76 and 84 square meters, ranging from three basement floors to 31 above-ground floors.
The upcoming schedule includes the announcement of winners for Phase 1 on October 14 (Tuesday) and for Phase 2 on October 15 (Wednesday). The official contract period will be held from October 27 (Monday) to October 29 (Wednesday).
