Hyundai Department Store Partners with Macau's Largest Resort to Strengthen VIP Services
Hyundai Department Store VIPs Receive Benefits When Visiting Macau Resorts
20% Discount on Room Rates with Advance Reservation via Exclusive Page
Hyundai Department Store announced on September 29 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a VIP service partnership with Sands China, a leading resort operator in Macau.
Sands China is the largest resort company in Macau, operating more than 10,000 rooms. Last year, the number of visitors to its resorts reached 90 million.
Through this service partnership, Hyundai Department Store's VIP customers will receive a variety of benefits when visiting the three resorts in Macau operated by Sands China: The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, and The Londoner Macao.
First, discounts will be provided when using the resorts. By making an advance reservation through the exclusive Hyundai Department Store VIP page, customers can receive a 20% discount on room rates. If VIP status is displayed on the Hyundai Department Store application and presented together with a passport, guests can enjoy a 10% discount at 12 restaurants within the resorts.
Additionally, two tickets to the 'Eiffel Tower Observation Deck'-a landmark of Sands China and a replica at half the size of the original Eiffel Tower-will be provided, along with a 20% discount on the large-scale media exhibition 'teamLab.'
Recently, Hyundai Department Store has been expanding its VIP service partnerships with global companies. Last year, it formed VIP service partnerships with Siam Piwat Group, a leading Thai retailer, and Hankyu Department Store, a premium Japanese department store. In April of this year, it entered into an agreement with Marina Bay Sands, the largest resort in Singapore.
Hyundai Department Store plans to strengthen customer loyalty by providing a differentiated shopping experience. The company’s global partnership services are used by around 100 VIPs each month. The company explained that despite the prolonged economic downturn, 'high-end consumption' centered on VIPs continues to remain robust.
