National Police Agency Restores Traffic Civil Service 24... Fine and Penalty Payments Now Available
The system for paying traffic fines and penalties, which had been suspended due to the fire at the Daejeon National Information Resources Service, has been restored.
On September 29, the National Police Agency announced, "The Traffic Civil Service 24 system is operating normally," and added, "If there are cases where the payment period has lapsed during the service disruption, we will identify the affected individuals and take appropriate measures."
Payment of traffic fines is processed through 'dBrain,' the national financial integration system that manages government revenue, expenditure, and treasury funds. This system was halted due to the fire.
