iM Securities Carries Out Social Contribution Activities for Chuseok Holiday
On September 29, iM Securities announced that it had carried out social contribution activities to support vulnerable groups in the Busan and Ulsan regions in celebration of the Chuseok holiday.
This social contribution initiative was part of the 'iM HAPPY DAY' program organized by the iM Social Contribution Foundation, aiming to help families in need enjoy a warm holiday season.
On September 25, iM Securities delivered a donation of 5 million won at the Hanwooltari Child Center in Jin-gu, Busan, with Sungun Kim, Director of the iM Securities Busan Central Wealth Management Center, and Imiok, Director of the Hanwooltari Child Center, in attendance. The donation will be used to provide care packages to 30 children at the center so they can enjoy the holiday with their families, and will also support the 'Growth Backpack Travel Program,' which helps foster the emotional and cultural development of children through local travel experiences.
On September 26, iM Securities delivered another donation of 5 million won at the Ulsan Hwajeong Comprehensive Social Welfare Center in Dong-gu, Ulsan, with Chankon Kim, Director of the iM Securities Ulsan Jeonha Wealth Management Center, and Sangsun Hwang, Director of the Ulsan Hwajeong Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, present. The donation will be used to prepare holiday packages containing soup ingredients, fruit, and other items, which will be distributed to 50 households with children and adolescents in Ulsan who are at risk of food insecurity.
