HDC Hyundai Development Company opened the model house for 'Sangbong Central I-Park,' which is being developed in Mangwoo-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, on September 26, officially launching the sales process.

Sangbong Central I-Park will be built at 506-1 Mangwoo-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, with seven basement floors and up to 28 above-ground floors, consisting of two apartment buildings and two officetel buildings. The complex will have a total of 443 units, including 254 apartment units (all 84 square meters) and 189 officetel units (also 84 square meters). Excluding 12 units designated as co-existence housing, 242 apartment units and 189 officetel units will be available for general sale.


The subscription schedule for the apartments is as follows: special supply on September 29, first-priority applications on September 30, and second-priority applications on October 1. The winners will be announced on October 14, and the contract period will be from October 27 to 29. Officetel applications will be accepted on October 1, with winners announced on October 13, and contracts signed on October 16 and 17.


Sangbong Central I-Park boasts an excellent location within the Sangbong Redevelopment Promotion District, offering convenient access to a wide range of infrastructure, including transportation, education, and cultural amenities. Mangwoo Station, which serves both the Gyeongui-Jungang Line and Gyeongchun Line, is located approximately 300 meters away, allowing for quick access to major downtown areas in Seoul. At nearby Sangbong Station, the Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX)-B line and a multi-modal transfer center are planned for construction. The development also offers superior road connectivity, with quick access to major roads such as the Northern Arterial Road, Eastern Arterial Road, Seoul Ring Expressway, and Sejong-Pocheon Expressway.


Within a 1-kilometer radius, there are several educational institutions, including Mangwoo Elementary School, Sangbong Middle School, Hyewon Girls’ High School, and Sinhyeon High School, as well as a cluster of private academies, providing a strong educational environment. Large commercial facilities such as Costco, Homeplus, and Enter Six are within walking distance. Residents will also enjoy convenient access to cultural facilities like Jungnang Art Center, Jungnang District Myeonmok Information Library, and Jungnang Cultural & Sports Center. In addition, green spaces such as Bonghwasan Mountain, Jungnang Camping Forest, Yongma Park, and Jungnangcheon Stream are located nearby, ensuring a pleasant residential environment.


All units in Sangbong Central I-Park are oriented mainly to the south, with living rooms featuring two open sides to maximize natural light, ventilation, and sunlight exposure.
