BHSN Unveils Business Agent Featuring Commercialized "AI Contract Review"
Free Access to New Features Until the End of November
On September 25, BHSN announced that it will introduce a new "Business Agent" featuring the country's first commercialized "AI Contract Review" function.
The Business Agent has provided automatic search and summary services for relevant laws and precedents, based on an extensive database of statutes, over three million court cases, government policy documents, and legal-specialized reasoning technology.
BHSN decided to incorporate the "AI Contract Review"-previously a feature of its contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution-into the Business Agent as a standalone offering, in response to customer demand. The company also expanded its business-to-business (B2B) functionalities.

Through these features, corporate legal teams have been able to enhance cost-effectiveness and work efficiency by further training the Legal AI solution, Allybee, with internal contract review guidelines for customized analysis. In particular, it has been designed for broad use by corporate decision-makers, personnel in departments requiring legal compliance such as finance, HR, and sales, as well as lawyers at law firms.
To mark this update, BHSN will offer the new AI Contract Review feature free of charge to Business Agent users until November 30.
