Ministry of SMEs and Startups Presents "Win-Win Honors Plaques" to Outstanding Companies in Cooperative Growth
Five Cases Selected in the First Round

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 25th that it held the "2025 First Win-Win Honors Plaque Award Ceremony" and presented commemorative plaques to large enterprises, public corporations, and partner SMEs selected as "Win-Win Honors" cases.
"Win-Win Honors" refers to outstanding examples of mutually beneficial cooperation between large enterprises or public institutions and their partner companies, selected by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Selected companies and institutions receive various benefits, including corporate promotion, preferential treatment in the shared growth evaluation, and issuance of priority immigration cards.
The "Win-Win Honors" cases selected this time include: ▲ Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation and EN Chem Solution's project turning abandoned mine sludge into eco-friendly export goods ▲ Incheon International Airport Corporation and Woorielsoft's joint development and localization of a common passenger processing system ▲ Lotte Shopping E-Commerce and Haejin Food's K-Food win-win model established through a triangular alliance among large enterprises, small business owners, and local governments ▲ LG Innotek and KNP's customized collaboration between large enterprises and partner companies to solve manufacturing process challenges ▲ Samsung C&T Fashion Division and Hoyatex's off-season win-win project for domestic sewing factories and others.
No Yongseok, Vice Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, stated, "In the midst of changes in the internal and external business environment, win-win cooperation is the driving force to overcome crises," and added, "Through the selection of this year's Win-Win Honors cases, we have found that even small acts of cooperation can greatly empower SMEs. The Ministry will continue to strive to spread an exemplary culture of win-win cooperation."
