On September 25, K Bank announced the launch of its new service, "My Money Story," designed to help customers easily understand their financial flows at a glance.
The "My Money Story" service provides integrated, personalized analysis of customers’ financial activities within the K Bank app, based on a personalization system. It consists of three customized features: My Cash Flow, This Month’s Spending Check, and My Benefits.
"My Cash Flow" collects transaction details from K Bank accounts and check card usage, then uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to categorize and visualize monthly trends by category.
"Money In" is analyzed across four categories, such as salary and interest, while "Money Out" is subdivided into 26 areas, including payments and transfers. Users can customize the inquiry period, account types (such as transaction accounts and parking accounts), and check cards to view specific details at a glance according to their preferences.
With "This Month’s Spending Check," users can focus more closely on their "Money Out" transactions. The service analyzes fixed monthly expenses by category and even provides information on the most frequently used merchants, helping customers objectively review their spending habits.
The final feature is "My Benefits." Each month, K Bank provides a breakdown of benefits received into four categories: fee waivers, interest, cashback, and more. Customers can check details of ATM fee waivers as well as the total cash benefits received through app-based services such as "Growing Money Tree" and "Receiving Allowance."
To celebrate the launch of "My Money Story," a quiz promotion is being held. Customers can participate by submitting the correct answer to a simple quiz on the promotion page until October 2. Among those who answer correctly, 2,000 winners will receive a mobile voucher for an iced Americano.
