Commendations Presented to 15 Recipients of the 2025 Sharing Practice Merit Award
On September 24, Daejeon City held the "2025 Sharing Practice Merit Awards Ceremony" at the Kyunghyang University Jukheon Information Hall, presenting commendations to more than 40 individuals and organizations who have led the way in spreading a culture of neighborly love and sharing.
At the event, Daejeon Mayor Lee Jangwoo personally awarded the Daejeon Metropolitan Mayor's Commendation to 15 recipients recognized for their sharing practices. Additional awards, including the City Council Chairman's Award, the Superintendent of Education Award, and the Community Chest of Korea Chairman's Award, were also presented.
The awardees have consistently engaged in various sharing activities such as volunteering, donating, and caregiving throughout the region, leading to positive changes within the community.
