Busan Regional Veterans Office Holds Chuseok "Modu-Ae Veterans Table" Consolation Event
The Busan Regional Veterans Office (Commissioner Namil Lee) held a Chuseok consolation event called "Modu-Ae Veterans Table" for about 60 veterans' families at the Busan Briquette Bank in Seo-gu, Busan, on September 23.
During the event, in celebration of the Chuseok holiday, the staff of the Veterans Office delivered donations and songpyeon (traditional rice cakes) to ensure that national merit recipients could enjoy a warm holiday.
In addition, Commissioner Namil Lee and about 10 staff members participated directly in serving meals, and also delivered consolation gifts prepared by the Busan Briquette Bank (led by Kang Jeongchil), expressing their gratitude.
