View original imageThis campaign was organized ahead of the Chuseok holiday, in line with the purpose of the nationwide environmental improvement initiative, the "Korea Renewal Campaign." The event also gained further significance by being linked to the "Integrity River Map" implementation plan, a special integrity policy of the River Division. The "Integrity River Map" is a visualized integrity action map inspired by the flow of a river, designed to systematically embed a culture of integrity through step-by-step activities.
On this day, River Division staff also served as river monitors, simultaneously conducting inspections of river construction sites, cleaning up the environment around Changwoncheon, and checking the safety of river facilities. They plan to continue these efforts to prevent disasters and improve the environment going forward.
In particular, the use of designated waste bags printed with integrity slogans such as "Zero Corruption, Zero River Disasters" added symbolic meaning and emphasized the importance of the campaign. Staff members also shared their personal integrity pledges and activity photos in the department group chat, encouraging one another and fostering communication to promote a culture of integrity.
