The program selected 10 participants each from the IT, design, and marketing fields, and conducted small-group, intensive coaching sessions.
Participants learned about the latest job-specific portfolio trends through special lectures from industry professionals, and then enhanced their own materials to a professional level through one-on-one personalized consulting. In particular, the hands-on format allowed participants to revise their portfolios on the spot and immediately apply feedback, enabling them to master formats and differentiation strategies preferred by companies.
