View original imageThe Korean Red Cross (President Kim Cheolsoo) announced on September 23 that the fashion brand SSC (Seek Stronger Challenge) donated 10 million won, raised through running, to be used for the medical expenses of children with cancer in the Busan region.
This donation was collected by SSC brand crew members, who ran a total of 234 km in a relay along the coastline of Jeju Island. Several sponsors, including Monster Energy, participated in the fundraising effort.
Driven by the belief that "each step we run together becomes hope," twelve members-Jo Jeongin, Kim Jinyong, Lee Haneul, Lee Hyunghwan, Jang Seunghyuk, Lee Jaegun, Shin Donghui, Lee Jeongjin, Yoo Donggyun, Shin Jeonghun, Jo Yubin, and Park Kibum-took part in the relay run.
SSC leaders Jo Jeongin and Kim Jinyong shared their thoughts, saying, "Running the 234 km journey allowed us to reflect once again on the meaning of sharing. Based on our philosophy that together we can turn the impossible into reality, SSC will continue striving to spread positive influence in society."
