View original imageAccording to the Jeonbuk Regional Headquarters of the Korea Rural Community Corporation on September 22, the event took place at the Jeonbuk Provincial Government building for two days starting from September 19. A total of 34 local businesses, including Gunsan and Gochang Fisheries Cooperatives, participated, offering more than 150 seasonal seafood items such as clams, eel, and seaweed at discounts of up to 56% compared to regular market prices.
In particular, with the holiday approaching, many citizens visited the event to purchase high-quality seafood at reasonable prices. Over the course of two days, more than 5,000 people attended, and total sales exceeded 120 million won. On-site tasting corners were also set up, providing a variety of enjoyable experiences for families visiting the market.
