[New Product] "Made with 7 Grains" Crown Confectionery Launches 'Ongsilhan Chilgok Cookie'
A New Product Following the 2005 Debut of 'Ogok Cookie'
Increased Rice Content Adds More Dietary Fiber and Complex Carbohydrates
On September 22, Crown Confectionery announced the launch of its premium biscuit, 'Ongsilhan Chilgok Cookie,' which contains seven different grains. This new product follows the introduction of the 'Ogok Cookie,' which first debuted in 2005.
'Ongsilhan Chilgok Cookie' is made with seven grains: oats, quinoa, peanuts, lentils, black sesame, white rice, and black rice. Notably, the increased content of rice (white and black) adds more dietary fiber and complex carbohydrates, making it suitable as a quick breakfast or a snack alternative. The company explained that the product stands out by minimizing the characteristic dryness of rice flour, achieving a crisp texture, and enhancing the natural flavors of the grains.
