The Chilgok County branch of the Saemaul Library in North Gyeongsang Province (President Kim Myungshin) held the Chilgok County Residents’ Cultural Festival at Waegwan Small Park on September 20.
Celebrating its 21st year, this event features a variety of book-related programs, including a thrifty book exchange market where residents can exchange up to two used books per person for new ones free of charge, as well as the “One City, One Book” reading campaign.

View original imageAdditionally, the “Parents’ Rest Day,” which was first introduced last year as part of the second Saemaul National Movement, was held again this year, allowing both parents and children to enjoy a pleasant time together.
