This field study was designed to help new public officials understand the region's history and culture and to broaden their practical perspective necessary for their duties. Participants visited major attractions and industrial sites, including Uldolmok Jindo Tower, Unrimsanbang, and Sol Beach Jindo, experiencing various aspects of local administration, industry, and culture firsthand.
In particular, at Unrimsanbang, they had the opportunity to deepen their cultural understanding by following in the footsteps of artists from Jindo. The training program also included sessions on understanding organizational culture, strengthening communication skills, establishing public service values, and integrity education, with a focus on enhancing practical adaptability to public service beyond theoretical learning.
