Busan Veterans Office and Busan National University of Education Hold Pilot Veterans' Culture Class with Prospective Teachers
Class Uses AI to Explore the Legacy of Independence Activists
The Busan Regional Veterans Office (Director Namil Lee) and Busan National University of Education (President Park Suja) have developed teaching and learning materials that prospective teachers can use in the classroom to promote education on veterans' culture. They also launched a collaborative project to apply these materials in veterans' culture education.
As part of this initiative, prospective teachers researched and created veterans' culture education plans incorporating AI technology. On September 17, they conducted a pilot class at Sinjeong Elementary School in Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun (Principal Kim Sowon), under the theme "80th Anniversary of Liberation, Tracing the Footsteps of Busan Independence Activists through AI."
